We would like to invite you to our latest risk management seminar aimed at partners, heads of department and compliance officers. RPC were voted UK law firm of the year in 2014 by The Lawyer and are appointed panel solicitors for a number of the leading specialist professional indemnity insurers in the UK market. They are therefore well placed to comment on the common causes of claim and how they could have been avoided. With all law firms reporting increases in the number of property transactions we thought it would be a good time to specifically focus in on property related claims.
We will then discuss the latest goings on within the Solicitors Professional Indemnity market and strategies for renewal in 2015. 
The session will be held on Thursday 21st May 2015 at The Mercure Sheffield Parkway Hotel, S60 5BD and we would ask you to arrive for lunch at 12 noon for a 12.30pm start; we aim to be finished by 2pm.
