Seminar Invitation: Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM) Update

CDM Regulations 2015 Update: 12 months on

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) are the main set of regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects. On Monday 6 April 2015, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 replaced the 2007 Regulations.

 

Who should attend the update?

  • Anyone who has one or more of the following roles in a Construction project: Client, Designer, Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Contractor.
  • Those responsible for health and safety – H&S Managers, Directors and Coordinators.
  • Those responsible for projects within the manufacturing environment – Project/Manufacturing/Operations/Production/Engineering Managers and Directors.

Why attend?

The update will help:

  • determine if a project is covered by the regulations – or not;
  • identify the roles required within the project team;
  • you to understand the duties of the Client, Principal Contractor & Principal Designer;
  • maintain compliance with the new Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.LionPic4Blog

Our update will take place on Thursday 10th March 2016 at the fantastic Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Doncaster. Delegates are welcome to walk around the whole Park after the update if they wish!

Breakfast is served at 8.30am for an 8.45am start.

Car parking is free. The update will end at approximately 10am.

This is an essential session for all business owners and anyone with a responsibility for H&S.
